Terms of Service
These terms apply to triageagent.dev. They are offered by triageagent labs ("we", "us"); the name and registered address of the legal entity will be published here soon. By using the site you accept them.
1. The website
The site and its documents, including the white paper and the agent specification, are provided to inform you. You may read and share links to them. You may not copy them to pass off as your own, or use the site in a way that harms it or other people, including automated scraping that degrades service.
The demo screens on the home page run in your browser on sample data. They are an illustration of the product, not the product: nothing in them is live, and nothing you do in them reaches any system.
2. Early access, plans and prices
Early access is by invitation and does not create a contract or guarantee access, a start date or a price. Plans and prices are published when ordering opens. Enterprise use is agreed individually with sales@triageagent.dev, under a separate agreement that includes a data processing agreement.
Terms for paid use, covering billing, cancellation and refunds, will be shown and accepted when you order.
3. Intellectual property
We keep all rights in the site, the Triage Agent name and its documents, except where a document states another licence. Software published under an open-source licence is governed by that licence.
4. No warranty
The site and the information on it are provided as they are. We try to keep them accurate, but we do not promise that they are complete, current or free of errors.
5. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or for injury to life, body or health.
6. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes
We may change these terms. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page.
8. Governing law
The governing law and the competent courts will be published here soon, and before any paid use opens. Mandatory consumer rights you have in your home country are not affected.
